Try auditing the volumes.  If they are offsite, you will have to make them
readonly or readwrite.  We have had volumes like these before - it doesn't
even mount the tape, it just fixes something in the database.

I have 3 LTO2 volumes, which belong to a copypool and they currently are

vault state. Pct Util on 2 of the volumes is 0 and 1 of them is 0.1. When

I would like to use these 3 volumes as scratch. Would delete vol with
discarddata=yes and then checkin these volumes as scratch be the correct
method or can anyone suggest me a better way to use these tapes as
