Database Cache Hit Ratio is too low. Condition (91.0 < 98)
Recommendation: Increase bufferpool size value.

TSOR is supposed to be helpful, but at least in this case is failing
to be - in not coming right out and saying that you need to adjust
your server option called BUFPoolsize. (Could someone in IBM give
the developer a jolt toward customer needs?)

If you're administering TSM, you need to be referring to the TSM
Performance Tuning Guide, available at http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/
infocenter/tivihelp/v1r1/index.jsp , which describes all this stuff.
Also, grab a set of the PDFed manuals so that you can search for
phrases like "cache hit", which you'll find in the Administration
Guide manual.
