Subject: 5.3.3 Database Upgrade Timeframe

I have a 31 gb TSM database. Any ideas based on users
previous experiences how long it will take to upgrade
a 5.2.3 database to 5.3.3

Also is it true that all other server activity should be stopped during
this process.
