When ever I see:
Error starting schedule service: CadSchedName registry value is empty
 
I go the the regestry and verify that the value is correct.  The value is under 
the key for the CAD and the value may be missing or just blank.

The customer tried reinstalling the client and that did not help.  Any
ideas?
