I have a number of clients failing with this error. I know they all don't
have restores in progress.
 My branch of IBM link seems to be down so I can't open a problem at this
time.

I'm running TSM on ZOS and the server Version 5, Release 2, Level 4.0.

I have a mixture of clients Net Ware and Windows most of them are running
client code Version 5.3.




 Anyone have a clue to what the problem could be?
