Standard condition for where volumes were assigned to a stgpool via
DEFine Volume.  Perform Query Volume and examine the 'Scratch
Volume?' value.

Yes, you can DELete Volume to remove them from the stgpool, to
scratch; but determine why they are as they are: there may be a site
reason.
