Network Domain Name

Hi,
We are basically a Windows Environment.
We recently moved to Active Directories and part of the move was to have a
new
network Domain name .
The security settings for our TSM client server directories were also
modified to remove
" olddomainname"\Administrator and replace with
"servername"\Administrator.
Yesterday I restored a subdirectory from an old(prior to above change)
TSM
archive, which also changed the security settings of the top level
directory....making the
top level directory downwards inaccessible to all users and
adminstrators.
We got round it by putting back "olddomainname"\Administrator back into
admins group
and putting right the security settings...which also ended up in to full
backup of this top level
directory.
The obvious thing to do in future is to restore to a different area. I was
wondering if anybody
else has experience of this and has other tips that may be useful.
TSM Server 5.2.2.0 for Windows
Backup\Archive 5.2.2.0 Client for Windows
Thanks
Bill
