How big is you TSM db and Number of client you backup every day.....we run on 
aix with 177 clients and have logpin issues all the time.

That is the platform the IBM business partner consultants recommended as we 
only have one TSM Server.  I was pushing for a UNIX but that came in at a much 
higher price.
