Can you initiate a backup connection from the client?

 Anyone know what this error means?
Upgraded to client 5.3.0.8 on windows 2000 and it's failed ever since.

wincs-0159-cl1 failed, rc=5. File share information cannot be
obtained.
Error is ignored.
