This seems to system is not able to find dsmc command
So try /opt/tivoli/tsm/client/ba/bin/dsmc schedule > /dev/null 2>1 &
What's the result now...?

additionally, I see nohup.out file in the /opt/tivoli/tsm/client/ba/bin but
I receive a error message :
/bin/nice : dsmc : no such file or directory
when I type : more nohup.out
