mysqldump sent through adsmpipe is common and free.

Note that it also depends what table type is being used in MySQL.
I've found that MyISAM tables back up live OK with TSM Copy
Serialization, although you may find the indexes need recreating.

InnoDB tables are another matter entirely - although I believe
there are commercial products to back these up properly.
