Did you check the client's dsmsched.log and dsmerror.log for more specific 
error messages?

Hi,
 
    I´m having backup problems with one of my servers, I´m getting those 
message everyday when the schedule starts:
 
02/02/06 09:00:01 PM  ANR2561I Schedule prompter contacting Server1 (session 
7002) to start a scheduled operation. (SESSION: 292)   
02/02/06 09:00:01 PM  ANR8213E Session 32 aborted due to send error; error 32.  
(SESSION: 292)                                          
02/02/06 09:00:01 PM  ANR0480W Session 7002 for node Server1 () terminated - 
connection with client severed. (SESSION: 292)         
02/02/06 09:00:01 PM  ANR8213E Session 32 aborted due to send error; error 32.  
(SESSION: 292)                                          
02/02/06 09:00:32 PM  ANR2561I Schedule prompter contacting Server1 (session 
7003) to start a scheduled operation. (SESSION: 292)   
02/02/06 09:00:32 PM  ANR8213E Session 32 aborted due to send error; error 32.  
(SESSION: 292)  
 
    and finally (1 hour later) I get the "Missed" message.
 
    That server is an Exchange server 2003 with a 26Gb database (now the db 
backup is excluded to reduce amount of data).
    If I try to backup manually I don´t have any problem.
 
    There are any test I could make to get more information?.
 
    Any suggestion about the problem?
