Hi all.

 

I was wondering if any of you have experience using TSM to backup a
Windows box that's running Eracent?

 

If so, can I exclude the entire EracentEPACollector directory entirely
as long as I am getting the regular SQL dumps?

 

I realize it may behoove me greatly to contact Eracent about this... but
any help is deeply appreciated!
