No, but your TSM administrator should be able to configure an
include-exclude file in dsm.sys (see the INCLEXCL option in the client
manual).

Considering the ramifications of modifying Include-exclude options, these
should be treated as semi-permanent and not changed unless you are looking
to change the policy by which your files are managed.

If this does not answer your question, then please clarify what you need
to do.
