Issue a "query backup" using the TSM client on the node that does the
backup, and compare the output to the directory in question.
You can probably do that with the windows shell, but it is better in
Perl, or some higher-level language.

Dsmc query backup "full_directory_path_name" > mylist.txt

This will show you all "active" files, with backup dates/times and
sizes.
