TSM 5.3.2.0 HANGS on AIX

Subject: TSM 5.3.2.0 HANGS on AIX

upgraded from 5.3.1.4 to to producition TSM after testing instalation on
test tsm server,
on test server the starting was okay, worked fine ... on
produciotn it hangs with REPAIR LIBVOL (why is this started?)
and it hangs on EXPIRATION process and does NOT move on
!!!

server is aix 5.2.ML4 p640

any clues ?
dont upgrade !
