Or if the storage pool overflows.........................happens to us all
the time (try backing up 800GB of Notes to a 500GB storage pool - and this
is one of 4-Domino servers - No, it can't go straight to tape).

Why not simple perform the BACKUP STGPOOL ?   It automagically figures out
what needs backing up.  We do this every day as an admin schedule !

The only time I've seen this is when backing up a file that will not fit
in the disk storage pool (greater than 23gb).

have nodes set to go first go to disk storage pool,
i then migrate to tape later, have situation where
23gb storage pool is empty and backups are bypassing
disk storage pool and going to tape directly, the backup
copygroup is coded for the disk storage pool to be first

any ideas
