Actually, we are putting TRT in sometime soon (by our AIX guys).
I use TOR because it was relatively quick & easy to setup, and I didn't have
time to go through the purchasing process.

One thing I do miss from my previous company was a custom report we
generated daily on all session activity, that allowed me to both filter and
sort the data - was really useful for spotting nodes with low network xfer
rates, for example, or easily listing the top ten longest running backups,
or seeing only restore sessions from TDP nodes, etc - basically a limited
but still very useful adhoc query tool. There's nothing equivilant in eith
TOR or TRT. I can send you an example if you would be interested in seeing
it. Someday I'll have time to convert the rexx program from mainframe to
windows, but not today.

Hi Steve,

Just out of curiosity, could you tell me what TOR is giving you that TRT
doesn't? I am always interested in improving our product...

Thanks.
