If I had stated that  the Client  was on XP SP2 ,  I would have found
the solution quicker.

I opened port 1501 on the Firewall setting !

You may have an issue as described in IBM Technote 1083383.
Also see the other causes for that msg number via IBM site search.
ADSM QuickFacts has other causes we've experienced.
You are operating inside a private net, so you may want to check
router/firewall settings, if no other causes can be found.
