Hello Again!

Now that I have successfully ran the export node command with
previewimport=yes I believe I am ready to actually export the data directly
from adsm to tsmprod. Here is what I saw in the actlog on adsm:

05/25/2005 10:23:42 ANR2017I Administrator LIDZR8V issued command: EXPORT
NODE
                       pgsp007 filedata=archive toserver=tsmprod
previewimport=-
                       yes (SESSION: 956)

10:27:33.
                       (SESSION: 956, PROCESS: 43)

When I go to export the data directly to TSMPROD in order to preserve the
archive retention and all other definitions for the node pgsp007, do I have
to do the following?

1. Create a domain: retired
2. Create management classes with the same parameters and names that are
used on the old system.
3. Define pgsp007 to the retired domain.
4. Run the export command without the previewimport=yes.

I am running this command under my admin id. Should this work? Will it
just create a copy on tsmprod and not delete what is on the old system?

Thank you again for your advice!
