Call SnapAppliance they should have a old documentation that I wrote how you 
install an ITSM Client and backing up our SnapServers with Guardian OS.

Anyone have experience/suggestions/thoughts on backing up a Quantum (?)
SnapServer via NFS mount attached to a Sun Solaris box ?

I don't have all the details, but as I understand it, it has something to
do with the permissions and the way the SnapServer authorites are
configured.

As you can tell from this message, we have little experience with such a
device, so any help/suggestions/ideas are welcome !
