Bytes 12 and 13 (value FF29 bytes) are the ASC and ASCQ, where the FF
refers to "Other vendor-specific errors" and the 29 is the internal
error code - which are not documented for civilians. Sounds like
something a CE would need to pursue.

Dear TSM-ers,
I got LTO 3581 L17 at my office. Yesterday, I experience some weird
problem, my LTO suddenly can't mount the cartridge into the drive.
Besides the "E" on LCD, I got error sense data like this :
01 23 45 67 89 AB CD EF
0123456789ABCDEF
7000 0900 0000 010A 0000 0000 FF29 0000
[p.....................y)..]
0010 0000
Firmware on my LTO unit :
Drive : 4561
Loader : I114
The problem looks like arise intermittently.
Any suggestions ? Thank you very much.
