TSM WEB server administration

Hi all

I have a TSM server 5.2.0.2 on a windows 2000 SP4

When I open my WEB browser and I type :  http://servername:1580/       it 
takes a long time to get the login page ... and it's very very slow to 
work with the browser ... 
any ideas ???

Everythins is in the  DNS ..
