Hi Jose!
Try and find the sbtio.log file. It probably contains more useful messages
about the cause.

When I tried to do a full backup using the TDP for Oracle the following
error message appear:

Recovery Manager complete.

In the same way when I tried to do a archive log backup using the TDP for
Oracle the following message appear:
