I stop schedule backup and manual backup. While TSM client implement backup,
it stop tranferring file immediately. I query TSM server and see :

- q volume :

Disk pool : Pct Ultil 80%
                    Volume Status : On-line
- q session :

Sess state : MediaW

-q process : migration process is still running.

later ten minutes, I check again and see Session state : "MediaW"

I use LTO GEN2 and its read/write speed is 10-20 MB/s native and 20-40 MB/s
compressed as producer said. The speed is more than LAN speed. I think if I
backup directly to tape with this speed it is suitable. But I only see
network tranfer rate is very low (about 1-2 MB/s).

Is there method to improve peformance of TSM server ?
