Hi All,

I heard that TSM 5.3 would contain an administration API, so that we could stop 
bitchin' about the ISC interface and write our own.
But, I can't find any reference to an admin API in the 5.3 doc.

Did the admin API make it into 5.3 and, if so, can someone point me at the doc?
