Background:
AIX Operating System 5.2 Mod 4
TSM 5.2.3.5

After bring up TSM, getting the following error in actlog..

12/15/04 10:11:30     ANR9613W Error loading ./dsmlicense for Licensing

                       n: Exec format error.

I then was going to register a license...I receive the following error
when registering any license.   IBM website has the following posted. What
am I missing?

ANR2852I Current license information: <BLANK>
ANR2853I New license information: <BLANK>
ANR2812W License Audit completed - ATTENTION: Server is NOT in compliance
with license terms.
