Hi,
I just had that problem this morning with my IBM3583 library

I did the command Q DRIVE .. and all drives were on-line ..
Then I went in the  WEB TSM ADMIN GUI
        - object view , server storage , tape path
        - then select each drive and look if the ONLINE = yes .. if not go 
in the drop donw menu and select UPDATE DRIVE PATH ... online=yes

Aloha,

for some time now, i have made backupsets, which worked nearly fine. 
At the beginning of this week i had to restart the server and the tape 
library.
When i try to generate a backupset, i get this error message:
   GENERATE BACKUPSET: Error encountered in accessing data storage - 
insufficient number of mount points available for removable media.

The library that is in use: 4560SLX
TSMServerSoftware: 5.2.2.5 

how can i change this back, what has gone wrong ? 
how can i still complete my task ?
