Also, most Unix directory information is kept directly in the TSM
database, not sent to the DIRMC.

The DIRMC setting is not where client data goes; DIRMC sets the
destination where directory structures are backed up. Setting a client
data destination to a non-default management class requires use of
INCLUDE statements in the dsm.sys file.
