Oh... you're trying to use server stanzas from that lesser platform.
;-)    There is no -servername option provided in the Windows client.
It's in the Unix client realm.

Hi,

As Richard said there is no concept of server stanza for windows clients
(BTW Servername options go in the dsm.sys file on unix machines).  What
you can do is create different dsm.opt files, i.e. dsm_adsm.opt and
dsm_west.opt and then prior to you invoking the command you can set an
environment variable DSM_CONFIG to point at the correct file.  Also,
there are DSM_DIR and DSM_LOG variables as well for obvious reasons.
