Hello

Skip the last \ at the exclude.dir statements. 
Like EXCLUDE.DIR "*:\Exchsrvr"
Not EXCLUDE.DIR "*:\Exchsrvr\"

I always put the domain statement under the include/excludes, but I dont't know 
if it does any difference..

Remember that TSM reads the optfile from the botton to the top, so if you have 
include-statement further down in the file they will be included even if you 
exclude them higher up in the optfile
