Ok I fix the problem but here is another question what should I put in my
dsm.opt file to include a directory and information store of my exchange
server. The tree looks like this in the gui:

tdpBackup
        exchange server
                planmatics inc
                        hacienda
                                mailserver
                                        directory
                                        information store
