Yes, I have done that and it shows drm and mgsyslan is not in compliance.  I
perform the register and audit license for both of these and the license
file is not updated.

Laura - Do 'Query LICense' to see what TSM may be complaining about,
        particularly in more usage than licenses.
Perform your own Audit License.
