a separate disk pool for Exchange backups (60G holds 4 exchange databases).

On an unrelated note, consider sending your Exchange backups directly to tape 
(a common practice with large files, since modern tape systems will stream as 
quickly as disk) and move that 60GB to your 200GB storage pool.
