Failed backup

TSM Server AIX 4.3.3
TSM Version 5.1.6.3
Client OS Tru64 v5.1
Client TSM Version 5.1.5.5
I was sent this from the administrator of the client. The server log does
not show anything out of the ordinary so I'm at a loss as to why this failed
unless it was because all 10 tape drives were in use at the time of the
backup. There is a size limit on the disk pool and my guess is it was trying
to mount a tape to send a file to. Why would that fail instead of waiting
for a mount point?
Does this look familiar to anyone?
