Depending on what your using, Silo or LTO it should be something that can
be run using the Software associated with the hardware.  EG we use an STK
silo and on occasion I have to run a report to see how often a cleaning
cart has been used.  Our limit is set to 100 uses, and then the cart is
automatically ejected.
