Hello TSMers!

What is the easiest and quickest way to migrate TSM server form REDHAT to 
Win2000. There are two cases:
1. Migrate TSM using the same server(hardware) and library
2. Migrate TSM to new hardware (Win2000) and new Library

Can I just restore TSM DB form backup or do I have to use "export server" 
command?
