It's  a patch release 5.2.2.5 about this message error but still after 
installing it got the same error message …………..

Here the section about the readme of 5.2.2.5

* IC38377  Backup of Windows2003 System Object fails - ANS1950E - caused  after 
a Microsoft VSS_E_PROVIDER_VETO error. 

So still the bug is alive …………

Hi to all

When trying to backup the system state of my  Windows 2003 Exchange server got 
on my dsmerror.log this message:

03/30/2004 17:28:28 CreateSnapshotSet(): AddToSnapshotSet() returns 
hr=VSS_E_UNEXPECTED_PROVIDER_ERROR

I have two others computer (Domain Controller) and there the system state 
backup is working fine …….

On the dsm.opt I have:

   domain   systemstate
   include.systemstate  ALL    mgwwin


My client TSM version is 5.2.2.0 and TSM server 5.2.2.0
