OK.... I see what you mean, but I have no explanation. I tried going there
with a web browser and didn't have any trouble: But I do see it when I use
command line FTP.
Does pointing your browser to
ftp://ftp.software.ibm.com/storage/tivoli-storage-management also not show
the directories?
Since I do not have access currently to an external-to-IBM connection, I
can not verify whether a browser will work.
