Yes, we can.

1. Yes, backups can still run.
2. Yes, restores can run. Restores have a priority over reclamation and this
will cause "ANR1089W Space reclamation terminated for volume 000150L1 - lock
conflict." and "ANR1171W Unable to move files associated with node XXXX,
filespace \\XXX\f$ fsId 4 on volume 001079L1 due to restore in progress.".
This will terminated the running Reclamation process.
