Hi Bab,

      Based on the machine type and model of the tape drive that you
supplied, your drive is an LTO2 model.  You will want to verify your
firmware level and update it if needed.  If your firmware is at the correct
level, then you will want to check other factors such as bad tape, faulty
drive, etc.  I hope this helps.

Hi Neal,
I am also getting same errors, my storage node is windows2000(TDP for
SQL)backup is through LAN free,how to know frivesare gen1 or gen2?
my microcode is:
