All our backups should run schedmode prompted.
OS390 2 10 server runningTSM 4.2.4
Two problem Winnt 5.0 clients running TSM 4.2.3
Every night the  scheduled backup kicks in as per normal for both clients,
but in both cases an earlier unscheduled backup is already running.
Both clients have schedmode prompted in their options files
Have not been able to find out the cause of the unscheduled backup, other
clients with the same configuration behave normally.
Anyone got any thoughts on likely cause of this annoying behaviour?
Currently server default option of schedmode any is used.
Question is, if I set the server option to prompted,  will this prevent the
rogue sessions starting?
Any other implications if I do this ?
