I checked with out planning dept and got this:

End of Support for 5.1  has not been announced yet.
End of Support for TSM  is usually announced in a Request for Announcement
or ( RFA)
These are usually announced 12 months prior to the product going end of
support in another new release announcement ( or interim release) of a
product.
