Bill, the documentation is integrated into the Admin Guide. If you install
a Windows 5.2.2.0 server, and also have driver 7 installed, use the
migration tool to migrate to the integrated reporting function in the MMC
snap-in. Then delete the driver 7 icon. If you want to install the console
only on any windows machine, install the console exe file from the ftp
server. If you also had the driver 7 package installed, again, use the
migration tool from the techprev directory on the ftp server to migrate.
You can then delete the old driver 7 mmc icon.

TSM Operational Reporting is now available in production.  No
documentation that I can find.  Look in
ftp://ftp.storsys.ibm.com/tivoli-storage-management/maintenance/server/v5r2/WIN/LATEST/TSMCON5220_WIN.exe

Unlike the beta, this version cannot be installed on the same system as a
TSM server.
