I just upgraded my system to TSM 5.2.1.3 on AIX 5.1

I have a few questions that maybe you all can help me with.

1. Is the operational monitoring tool available for this release? I cant seem 
to find it or any reference to it 

2. I didn't get a copy of the system documentation on CD like I did with 5.1.5 
any idea why? where can I get the documentation? 

3. Any idea when IBM/Tivoli will fix the problem with the q proc display?
