The "Protecting the Server" part of the "Administrator's Guide" for
each platform covers this. In particular, see the discussion of a
sample recovery plan file in the chapter on DRM. Even if you don't
plan to use DRM, the scripts in the sample recovery plan file
show what needs to be done to recreate a TSM server.
