Static chages to the dsmserv.opt file are seen by the server only at server
restart time.  You can dynamically set some options via SETOPT.
Always use Query commands to verify that options are in effect, be they
client or server options changes; and keep in mind that previously started
processes will not be privy to options file changes made by editing.
