If you're using DRM, then database backup retention is controlled by
"SET DRMDBBACKUPEXPIREDAYS".  If not, then it is controlled by running
"DELETE VOLHISTORY" and specifying TODATE to control how many backups to
retain.  If you are using DRM, you should NOT delete database backups
via DELETE VOLHISTORY or drm will loose track of the tapes and never add
them to the list to come back from the vault.
