Your posting doesn't indicate that system statistics point to any dsm*
process being the oinker, so definitely look into that: you may find
unexpected processes hanging around with acquired memory.
I would also strive to configure my system with at least twice as much
virtual memory disk space as real memory capacity.

If the issue is the TSM scheduler or web client, then the Client Acceptor Daemon
is what you should look into using, being designed to obviate memory rentention
issues.
