I believe you also need a 4.2 Server.

Subject: fioScanDirEntry errors
Windows 2000 server running 5.1.5.15 client code. Initial backup
generated many, many of the following in the dsmerror log:
fioScanDirEntry(): Can't map object 'D:\blah\A&T'02shwkshpreject_db?'
into the local ANSI codepage.
The actual file name is A&T'02shwkshpreject_db with a . under the b of
db, resulting in the questionmark in the errorlog. According to the
admin of the box these files have been saved to the server from a Mac.
All the searches in the archives for these errors referenced the unicode
issue, but this is a unicode aware client and a first time backup. What
are my options for getting these files backed up?
BTW, TSM server is 4.1.4
Thanks,
